Purpose: To increase the member’s knowledge of business concepts and motivate them to a possible career in business.

Educational Objective: To augment and support the student’s understanding of business concepts by preparing and competing in events.

Description: Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL) is the oldest and largest national organization for students preparing for careers in business leadership. FBLA-PBL prepares students for "real world" professional experiences. Members gain the competitive edge for college and career successes. More than 250,000 members and advisers in 6,000 schools participate in this organization. FBLA-PBL's programs provide a relevant context for learning, including practical applications for classroom skills and knowledge. These programs will help students connect to the school, to the community, and to the business world.
